Is it alright to send a thank-you note to an interviewer through e-mail?
I had an interview at a bridal store for an entry-level assistant position today, and it was pretty informal. All of hour communication so far has been through e-mail, and for the "interivew" we just stood around talked for a bit. I’ve sent hand-written notes before, but I fear that sending on this time won’t make it in time.

She told me she liked me a lot, and that I was perfect for the job, but she had to honor the other interviewees and meet with them before she made a decision. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Yes, email thank you’s are absolutely acceptable these days. While it is nice to do hand-written notes, employers have adapted quite well to the electronic communication methods.

what is your stance on graffiti?
after all this is rHH. people treat it like just the music and the rapping are important (albeit understandably because the music is the most prevalent part of hh).

i dont do graffiti but i think it is damn nice when done with skill. i see it often but plain scrawled tags are nothing special and vandalous (not sure thats a word). real murals are dope. and when its done on delivery trucks and the subway (nyc). it is illegal but if there was an output for it and the city endorsed it on empty walls it would be better.

thats what i think. what about you? looking at the name "rap and hip hop" for this section made me think of asking this. plenty of great graffiti art all over the world. look online. also, krs did it with fat joe way back.

bq2: do you consider nas a sellout? everyone sells out a little when they get the recognition (not just the guys above), but on a scale one to ten how much os nas a sellout? i say a three.

bq3: name a few rappers that have gone to college (graduated or not). some that come to mind are ice cube, chubb rock (in fact he went to brown), lotug (thats how they met), camron (belongs with bq1, he played bball in college actually), mos def (arts school if im not mistaken).

bq4: this is a random question. what race are you? i asked this in rhh almost a year ago as its own question but it got deleted. weird. race has always interested me. personally im iranian.

bq5: last one i promise. sorry i carried on like this. name some rock or metal groups that you know that cover rhh songs or work with rhh acts or are openly fans. i can think of buckethead, system of a down (wu tang for both), rhcp (john fruiscante worked with rza and wu and nasa), korn, aerosmith, kirk hammet (knaan, random or what, still metallica is my favorite music besides hh).

Hi,

I’m having a little bit of difficulties with the section " COMPARATIVI " in Italian, I’m trying to do my homework and I am stuck on a few.

I have to fill in the sentences with either "di" or "che"… this is what i have done so far.

Okay so these are the sentences i have done. I’m not sure if they are correct, I’m not too sure if theres a trick i can use. I write what sounds better to me but i’m not sure if it makes any sense in Italian. Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nat, IQ, and Scooter live by the credo “If it’s not an adventure, it’s not worth doing,” so when the three flies get a chance to sneak aboard the space shuttle for a ride to the moon, all systems are definitely go. While Grandpa McFly and Nat’s young maggot siblings applaud the boys’ adventuresome spirits, their mothers stereotypically swoon and fret over their safety. The flies encounter several unanticipated twists including the trip’s week-long duration, a short in the ship’s circuitry, a Russian fly plot to sabotage their mission, and their mid-flight imprisonment in a test tube. PLEASE HELP: What is this playstation 1 game?
You had a small orange hamster-like creature on screen in which you had to escort it through levels against enemy hedgehogs and a suited fox. You controlled a red or blue cursor/crosshair and shot things around him to get him through levels. In one level you had to defend against seagulls that tryed to pick the hamster thing up and fly away with you. If you shot the hamster in the head he would fall down and if you shot him in the feet he’d jump. In one stage of the game he becomes a king, and in another you’d scale a building at night and kill a fox under a full moon. PLEASE HELP!!

Plot: Until now, Brad and Kate had always managed to avoid spending Christmas with their family by escaping to exotic lands to enjoy heavenly vacations. But this year, they failed. When they arrive at the airport, all the flights have been canceled. Even worse, a television news crew interviews them, revealing to their family where they are. This time, there’s no way out and no excuses. Brad’s father is waiting for them at his house. So is Kate’s mother. And Brad’s mother and Kate’s father. Four family Christmases, the same day! Brad and Kate expect the worse… and they won’t be disappointed. They will be spared of nothing. In between humiliations, the secrets each one of them had carefully kept from the other, the hard feelings and impossible situations, the couple will live through a day that might be the last their relationship can stand.
